Your workouts with Dawn will be the hardest you work all week.

In Dawn’s sessions you also benefit from her nutrition insights. She’ll teach you how to combine fitness and nutrition to create truly sustainable peak performance. Personal fitness coaching enhances full body strength, mobility, and an overall feeling of wellness.

Packages

If you are new to personal fitness coaching, or want to enhance your current routine, consider 4 one-hour sessions. This initial package will provide the knowledge you need to train on your own with confidence.

If you’re looking for more consistent, long-term training Dawn offers 10 and 20 pack sessions that provide excellence in training, at reduced per-session rates.

Dawn does her coaching at The Academy and her home studio.
