You can train, check in, and crush your goals no matter where you are. All you need is Wi-Fi, some room to move, and desire to create change.

What are your qualifications?

I am a Licensed Holistic Nutritionist and a member of the Canadian Association Natural Nutrition Practitioners. I am also a Certified Exercise Professional, and a Certified Metabolic Balance Coach. I've completed additional certification in resistance training, fusion fitness training, and gravity training systems.

My specialties include core and functional strength training, weight loss, general fitness, mind body awareness, muscular development, injury rehabilitation, and program design.

Whether you’ve got a full gym or just a yoga mat and a set of bands, I’ll build you an effective plan based on your setup. Your personalized program will be accessible through an app, ensuring you have access to technical guidance, written instruction, and easy to follow videos.

We'll talk about your current habits and goals, then after a thorough assessment, I'll help you build a way of eating that feels easy and sustainable. I'll teach you how to nourish your body in a way that works for you.

We'll quiet the food noise –– after all, food should fuel you, not stress you out. Together we'll create real change, not just a temporary fix.

How often do I need to train with you?

Every client I work with is different and every program is individualized.

So, it depends on your goals, schedule, and preferences. Some people like a few sessions a week, others just need a solid plan and an accountability partner. We'll figure out what works best for you.

First we'll review your health history so that we can build an informed plan. Once that's in place we'll  ensure we have your healthcare professional's blessing.
